WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

We provide customized services targeted to our clients’ actual needs and requirements. We always discuss the technical solution for every service with our clients, who then set the service parameters themselves. It is up to our clients how sophisticated the services that they design and buy from us will be. We do not push or try to persuade anyone to get a unified solution. When designing a service, we provide open and objective information to make sure that the final service is useful to our customers. We are able to prepare an infinite number options of our services.

RACKHOUSING

Do you have your own equipment housed in your premises in a server room or data room? Do you host your equipment with an external housing provider? Perhaps you don’t want to have to worry about housing yourselves or are not satisfied with the scope and quality of your supplier’s service. Give our Rackhousing service a try. We provide you with space for your rack or you can rent ready-prepared racks. If you need a larger number of racks, you can rent an entire reserved data room. Our Rackhousing service is not just about supplying top-quality secure space for customers’ racks, but also includes a backup electricity supply (six electrical connections in each rack), backup cooling supply and 24/7 monitoring of your data centre environment. We let you customise the service to suit your needs for maximum utility value. We’ll operate it for you.

CROSS-CONNECT

If you want to have use of an internet connection, DdoS service, a connection to your VPN network, connection to a voice network, etc. provided by one of our customers/partners, make the most of our CROSS-CONNECT service.

For a one-off fee and precisely according to your specifications we will set up an optical-fibre (using LC/PC, E2000/APC or SC connectors) or metallic (UTP, coax, E1, etc.) connection to any of our customers or between your racks. This connection is via the MMR1 or MMR2 Meet Me Room or by direct metallic or fibre-optic connection. You only pay once for this service; we do not charge any monthly or yearly fees.

The second variant of the service is designed to meet the needs of customers who require larger optical or metallic cabling built into their racks or rooms. This project-oriented variant of the service allows the costs to be distributed according to the customer’s needs. Like all our other services, we customise our CROSS-CONNECT services to suit our customers’ exact requirements.

LONG-HANDS

We are able to carry out a wide variety of modifications and changes to your equipment in line with your requirements. Our LONG-HANDS service most frequently involves installing, configuring and labelling customer equipment, moving equipment within a customer’s rack, restarting equipment, the regular replacement of backup media, modifying data cables in racks, including testing and checks, as well as optimising cooling systems in racks.

Our services are based on the specific needs of our customers, so we will be happy to agree on any modifications to a service or on other services we offer.

CUSTOMER PORTAL MONITORING

The Customer Portal is a unique service which is only available in our data centres. It gives access to the data centre surveillance and monitoring system, thanks to which you have an overview of the quality of a particular service and all its aspects. Just like the operation staff at the data centre surveillance office you have the chance to go on-line and monitor defined operational statuses of non-IT technology and the parameters of services supplied. This includes information about temperatures, humidity, current energy consumption, UPS systems load, the opening or closing of individual rack doors, diesel levels in fuel tanks, the status of circuit breakers, cooling circuits and much more. Choose from more than 100 000 different data centre operational variables.

WASTE DISPOSAL

When installing their equipment in the data centre many customers end up with a great amount of packaging and waste material. The Waste Disposal service allows customers to dispose of any logistics or general operational waste in an environmentally-friendly manner. TTC TELEPORT disposes of all materials, such as paper, plastic, metals, glass and mixed waste. It can also dispose of entire pieces of HW, such as old used HDD, diskettes, CDs and DVDs, servers, disk arrays and others. You no longer have the hassle of carting your packaging material away from the data centre – just leave it to us.

INSTALLATION MATERIAL TOOL HIRE

As it’s good to have certain things on hand, we offer the chance to purchase small assembly or installation materials from the data centre itself. This means you no longer have the hassle of your firm having to order cables, connectors, patchcords and other small items. We generally have the following material available in stock: straps and Velcro fasteners, metallic patchcords (RJ45 Cat.5E, Cat.6), various lengths of power cables, M6 rack assembly set, RJ45 Cat.6 connectors, RJ45 Cat.6 keystones and customised Cat.5e and Cat.6 UTP cables.

And if you do happen to forget to bring your tools along to the data centre, it doesn’t matter. We are well equipped and able to lend you everything you need.
